How do I book an appointment?

Do you offer consultations?
Yes. Every service starts with a conversation about your goals. For major changes such as color correction, big color transformations or bridal hair, we recommend booking a consultation first.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Come with your hair styled the way you usually wear it so we can see your texture and routine. Inspiration photos are always welcome. For color services, let us know about any recent color, treatments or box dye.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens! Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your time to another guest and help you find a new appointment.
Do you work with all hair types and textures?
We love working with all kinds of hair. Tell us about your hair when you request your appointment so we can make sure you are matched with the right service.
How long will my appointment take?
It depends on the service, your hair length and density. We will give you an estimate when we confirm your booking so you can plan your day.
How do I keep my results looking fresh?
We will share at-home care tips after every visit, including product recommendations and how often to come back for maintenance.
